Meet Tiffany

Tiffany Aller is the owner, principal and CEO of Teala Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tiffany Aller Consulting. TR has provided professional caregiving and courier services since 2014, with even deeper roots dating to 1996. Likewise, TAC has been in continuous operation since 2006, with roots dating to 1992.

Experienced.

Tiffany is an experienced professional caregiver and personal care home manager. She has supported older adults and individuals with complex needs in professional settings and within her own family. Her caregiving experience also includes running an in-home after-school babysitting service and opening her home as an ad-hoc foster environment for teenagers in transition. These experiences shaped her approach: practical, calm, unflappable, and grounded in respect. She believes compassion, humor, and patience are not extras — they are the operating system.

Teala Resources also reflects Tiffany’s extensive courier and delivery experience. She has driven for DoorDash, Amazon, Walmart, Lyft, Uber, Favor, and Postmates, completing thousands of deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and consistently on-time performance. Reliability is not a slogan — it is the job description.

Tiffany’s work experience also includes many years in the communications and HR fields. She has written bylined articles and ghostwritten thought leadership for brands you would recognize and a few you might quietly Google. Her work spans HR, healthcare, real estate, and the wonderfully miscellaneous category of “other topics people care about.” She likes turning complex ideas into sentences that sound like real humans talking to each other.Tiffany’s HR background includes writing policies, supporting leaders, and helping workplaces function like places humans would actually want to be. She has partnered with new graduates who are figuring things out and senior executives who occasionally admit they are doing the same.

She served for two terms on the Westworth Village City Council and led multiple civic boards, including terms as president of the Crime Control and Prevention District and the Westworth Redevelopment Authority, an Economic Development Corporation.

Fun.

Tiffany is mom to two nearly grown kids and one thoroughly spoiled Yorkshire Terrier who is certain she runs the household. Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania and now in North Texas, she loves genealogy, NASCAR, the Philadelphia Phillies, the San Francisco 49ers, and reading more than 200 books a year. She is famous for saying, “I have an idea,” which usually means something new and ambitious is about to begin.
